近年来,研究肿瘤微环境中各种细胞及分子对肿瘤转移的影响已经成为肿瘤研究领域的热点。本文在回顾了近年来此方面的主要进展的基础上,对主要细胞/分子影响肿瘤转移不同方面的机制及阐明不同成分之间及与肿瘤细胞之间相互作用的分子网络的意义予以论述,并对其可能对临床治疗策略的影响及对治疗效果的改善进行了展望。
近年來,研究腫瘤微環境中各種細胞及分子對腫瘤轉移的影響已經成為腫瘤研究領域的熱點。本文在迴顧瞭近年來此方麵的主要進展的基礎上,對主要細胞/分子影響腫瘤轉移不同方麵的機製及闡明不同成分之間及與腫瘤細胞之間相互作用的分子網絡的意義予以論述,併對其可能對臨床治療策略的影響及對治療效果的改善進行瞭展望。

In recent years, the study of tumor microenvironment, its cellular and molecular components, and how they can affect neoplastic progression toward metastasis, has become an emerging topic in cancer research. The findings presented in this review provide comprehensive evidence that the host components play an important role in initiation as well as accomplish the whole process of metastasis, elucidate the mechanisms of different cell types/molecules which affect different aspects of metastasis, emphasize the need to further unravel the complex molecular networks and cross talk between different components of the tumor microenvironment and the tumor cells itself. A better understanding of the mechanisms of interplay in tumor microenvironment may lead to improve efficacy of current therapeutic interventions with significant clinical impact.
