This paper analyzes the present condition and existing problems in marketing and production of the medium and small-sized brewing enterprises.For the sustainable development,the managers should improve their own qualification and change their minds.The enterprise's inner management should be strengthened for better quality.Innovation should be implemented to develop new products.New marketing should be widened to establish brands.The enterprise should survive by superior service.Therefore,reform and innovation are quite necessary for the sustainable development for the medium and small-sized brewing enterprise.
