利用现场采样和实验分析的方法,对空调室外换热器表面不同部位的积尘进行了粒径分布测定。结果表明:空调室外换热器表面积尘的平均粒径介于8μm-17μm之间;换热器表面积尘的粒径分布曲线呈现双峰或者三峰特征,峰值均出现在约8μm、32μm和120μm处;在空调室外换热器表面的不同部位,粉尘的沉积规律不同,粉尘主要沉积在翅片前端。
利用現場採樣和實驗分析的方法,對空調室外換熱器錶麵不同部位的積塵進行瞭粒徑分佈測定。結果錶明:空調室外換熱器錶麵積塵的平均粒徑介于8μm-17μm之間;換熱器錶麵積塵的粒徑分佈麯線呈現雙峰或者三峰特徵,峰值均齣現在約8μm、32μm和120μm處;在空調室外換熱器錶麵的不同部位,粉塵的沉積規律不同,粉塵主要沉積在翅片前耑。

The particle-size distribution of the dust depositing on the outdoor heat exchanger surface was measured in this paper with the methods of field sampling and experimental analysis. Results show that the average particle size of the dust depositing on the outdoor heat exchanger surface is between 8μm and .17μm.The particle-size distribution curve of the dust depositing on the condenser surface presents two or three peak features,and the peak appeares about at 8μm, 32μm, and 120μm. In the different parts of the outdoor heat exchanger surface,the regularity of the particle deposition is different,and the particle mainly deposit on the front parts of the fins.
