本文基于Mastercam曲面加工的特点,研究了凹、凸形曲面平行铣削、放射状、等高外形等典型的粗加工和精加工的加工方式,比较它们的加工路径、加工质量及加工效率,得出了高效、优质、省时的曲面加工方法。同时为其它自动编程软件的曲面加工的高效加工研究提供了借鉴。
本文基于Mastercam麯麵加工的特點,研究瞭凹、凸形麯麵平行鐉削、放射狀、等高外形等典型的粗加工和精加工的加工方式,比較它們的加工路徑、加工質量及加工效率,得齣瞭高效、優質、省時的麯麵加工方法。同時為其它自動編程軟件的麯麵加工的高效加工研究提供瞭藉鑒。
본문기우Mastercam곡면가공적특점,연구료요、철형곡면평행선삭、방사상、등고외형등전형적조가공화정가공적가공방식,비교타문적가공로경、가공질량급가공효솔,득출료고효、우질、성시적곡면가공방법。동시위기타자동편정연건적곡면가공적고효가공연구제공료차감。
Based on processing features of Mastercam curved face, this thesis researches typical rough and finish machining methods such as parallel, radial and contour. Through comparison of their processing path, quality and efficiency, the author summarizes effective, good and time- saving methods for curved face processing, as well as serving as a reference to high - efficiency curved face processing research through other auto - programming soft- wares.
