采用超声波对紫花地丁花进行提取,结合薄层色谱和柱色谱对提取物进行分离,并用紫外光谱仪进行了初步测定,确定了其中部分分离产物。主要包括黄酮类、香豆精类、饱和脂肪酸类等。
採用超聲波對紫花地丁花進行提取,結閤薄層色譜和柱色譜對提取物進行分離,併用紫外光譜儀進行瞭初步測定,確定瞭其中部分分離產物。主要包括黃酮類、香豆精類、飽和脂肪痠類等。
채용초성파대자화지정화진행제취,결합박층색보화주색보대제취물진행분리,병용자외광보의진행료초보측정,학정료기중부분분리산물。주요포괄황동류、향두정류、포화지방산류등。
Ultrasonic was used to extract dements from the flower of Viola yedoensis Makino, and the extrac- tions were separated by means of thin layer chromatography ( TLC ) and column chromatography (CC). The preliminary test using ultraviolet spectrograph identified a portion of the separations, mainly including fla- vonoids, eoumarins, and saturated fatty acids ( SFAs), etc.
