目的 建立饮料中γ-羟基丁酸(GHB)的毛细管电泳高频电导法检测分析方法 .方法 样品经稀释后直接进样,采用反向分离模式,以0.5mmol/L Na_3PO_4+1.5mmol/LNa_2HPO_4+0.1mmol/L CTAB为电泳分离缓冲介质,分离电压为16kV,进样时间为20s进行电泳分离及高频电导检测.结果 该实验条件下,6.5min内可实现样品快速分析.GHB在10.0~150μ/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.990,检出限为3.0μg/mL(S/N=3).选择的3种饮料样本不同添加浓度日间和日内RSD均小于6%,同收率均在95%以上.结论 采用本文方法 ,样品处理简单,方法 快速、灵敏,操作方便,可作为饮料中GHB的一种快速筛选法在相关检测中选用.

Objective To establish a fast screening method based on capillary electrophoresis with high frequency conductivity detection for the determination of GHB in beverages. Methods An electrolyte consis-ting of0.5mmol/L Na_3>PO_4, 1.5mmol/LNa_2HPO_4and 0.1mmol/L CTAB was applied to separate the drink-ing samples after they had been simply diluted with water, and the seperation was carried out at voltage of 16kV using CTAB to reverse electroosmotic flow. Results With the optimized condition, the analyte could be baseline separated from interferents in less than 6. 5minutes. The correlation coefficient of GHB was 0. 990 in the range of 10. 0 ~ 150μg/mL, and the limit of detection (LOD) was 3μg/mL (S/N≥3). The coefficients of variation for both intra-day and inter-day were less than 6% and the recoveries were better than 95% at va-rious spiked levels for the beverages. Conclusion The developed electrophoretic analysis shows simple, effec-tive, economic and sensitive, it provides a rapid screening method for GHB determination in application of toxicological analysis.
