采用TSSG法在1atm氧气氛下生长出Y_(1-x)Pr_xBa_2Cu_3O_7(x=0.07215)超导单晶样品;测量了该单晶样品在不同温度下的磁特性;根据Bean临界态模型,计算出不同温度下的临界电流密度J_c对磁场H的依赖关系;在对该样品的直流磁化研究中观测到了峰效应.随着温度的降低,样品的临界电流密度明显增加.

The peak effect was studied by the magnetization measurement for superconducting Y_(1-x)Pr_xBa_2Cu_3O_7(x=0.07215) single crystals sample. The dependence of critical current density on magnetic applied field is obtained using Bean critical state model. The results show that there exists an evident peak effect at low temperature for superconducting Y_(1-x)Pr_xBa_2Cu_3O_7(x=0.07215) single crystals. With decreasing temperature, the peak effect is more evident than higher temperature and the corresponding critical current density will also increase at the some time.
