设计了动力控制模块的冷却系统,并用两种方案对其进行了计算校核;在动力控制模块冷却系统的关键部件上采用了强化传热措施,并应用Fluent软件对冷却结构进行了数值模拟,根据模拟的结果对冷却结构进行了优化,从而使动力控制模块实际运行情况良好.

The cooling system of the power control module was designed,checked and calculated with two schemes. In the cooling system power control module, the enforced heat transfer measures are adopted in the key components and numerical simulation of cooling structure is made by using the fluent software. Based on the simulation results, the cooling structure is optimized, therefore, the power control module operates well.
