为了建立各种型号的钥匙库,解决互开率问题,利用QT软件包并采用OpenGL对CNC制匙机进行了系统仿真,提出了制匙机仿真系统的结构模块,并详细讨论了钥匙加工过程的建模、显示、消隐、重绘等内容,实现了人机界面的互换,并创建了刀具和匙坯数据库.研究结果表明,经过加工走刀和零件切削过程仿真,可大大缩短新产品开发周期,提高质量,并满足了锁具生产厂家批量小、交货快等方面的加工要求.

In order to set up kinds of key warehouse, and settle the problem of mutual open efficiency, the CNC key machine systematically with OpenGL with the QT was emulated and the system's structure module was designed. Then the processing of modeling, showing, hiding, re-drawing and so on was discussed , the interface of people and computer was realized and database of cutter and key model was set up. The result shows that it shorts the period and improves the quality with emulating of process-ing and cutting, which can content with the need of small lot and fast delivery.
