新形势下,科学构建高职院校思想道德建设内容体系,必须符合全面完整、稳定一致、主次恰当、分段安排、循序渐进、符合实际等基本要求,充分体现高职院校的特点;在横向结构上,以政治思想教育为方向、以道德法纪教育为基础、以个性心理教育为条件、突出劳动实践教育,形成"四要素"完整框架体系;在纵向结构上,将"四要素"有规律有主题有重点地落实到各个学习阶段,形成"三学年"有序层次体系.

Under new circumstances, to put up the content system of ideological and ethical building in higher vocational colleges, we should base on the basic requirements like being overall and complete, being stable and consistent, being primary and secondary, and arranging piecewise, and being in proper sequence and truthful, and fully present the characteristics of higher vocational colleges. On transverse structure, basing on the direction of political and ideological education, the base of moral, law and discipline education, the conditions of individuality mentality education, and the practical education of labouring to form a complete frame of "four elements"; on vertical structure, we should carry out "four elements" in different learning stages regularly, thematically and centrobarically, and form an ordered "three-academic-year" system.
