目的 测定微量(0.1~5 mg)呼吸性粉尘中游离二氧化硅的含量。方法 采用X线衍射法。结果 相对误差小于10%,达到常规微量呼吸性粉尘样品的分析精确度。结论 X线衍射法对滤膜采集的粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量的测定是一种精确、简便和快速的方法。

Objective To determine the free SiO2 in micro-amounts (0.1~5 mg) of respirable dust. Methods A method for X-ray diffraction was carried out. Results The relative errors were below 10%. The accuracy of the proposed method was able to meet the requirement of routine micro-amounts. Conclusion X-ray diffraction might be an accurate, convenient and speed-up method to measure free SiO2 in airborne sample collected by filter membrane.
