在电磁场作用下,由于液态金属流动的多维性和不稳定性及其电磁场效应,传统的速度测量方法与设备遇到了困难。为了给利用数学物理模型研究和分析冶金过程的电磁现象提供可靠的信息,根据速度传感理论,开展了电磁场作用下液态金属速度测量技术的研究,研制了灵活方便的测量装置,并在实验或生产中得到了应用。
在電磁場作用下,由于液態金屬流動的多維性和不穩定性及其電磁場效應,傳統的速度測量方法與設備遇到瞭睏難。為瞭給利用數學物理模型研究和分析冶金過程的電磁現象提供可靠的信息,根據速度傳感理論,開展瞭電磁場作用下液態金屬速度測量技術的研究,研製瞭靈活方便的測量裝置,併在實驗或生產中得到瞭應用。

Because of multi-dimension and turbulence of liquid metal flow and electromagnetic field effect, the velocity measured by the conventional method and instrumentation becomes difficult and in vain. To provide the useful and reliable information for electromagnetic phenomena analyzed by mathematical and physical model in metallurgical processes, the measurement of flow velocity of liquid metal influenced by electromagnetic field is important and necessary. Based on the theory of velocity transducer, some new measuring technologies and corresponding apparatuses of flow velocity are developed and applied in laboratory and in plant under condition of electromagnetic field.
