采用可活化富集稳定同位素152Sm和168Yb作为示踪剂,结合差速离心分离和中子活化分析技术(NAA)初步研究了稀土元素Sm和Yb在大鼠肝脏亚细胞组分中的分布。分析结果表明,Sm和Yb在亚细胞组分中的浓度分布为:溶酶体>微粒体>线粒体>细胞核>胞液。线粒体中Sm和Yb所占比例最高,而细胞核中最低。
採用可活化富集穩定同位素152Sm和168Yb作為示蹤劑,結閤差速離心分離和中子活化分析技術(NAA)初步研究瞭稀土元素Sm和Yb在大鼠肝髒亞細胞組分中的分佈。分析結果錶明,Sm和Yb在亞細胞組分中的濃度分佈為:溶酶體>微粒體>線粒體>細胞覈>胞液。線粒體中Sm和Yb所佔比例最高,而細胞覈中最低。

The enriched stable isotope tracer technique combined with Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) and differential centrifugation was utilized to investigate the subcellular distribution of rare earth elements Sm and Yb in rat liver.152Sm and 168 Yb were selected for experiment as representatives of the light and heavy REEs,respectively.In order to verify the analytical quality,some standard reference materials were used.The distribution in subcellular fractions was similar for Sm and Yb,the highest contents of Sm and Yb were found in mitochondria,while the lowest in nuclei.
