研究了三正辛胺从石煤酸浸液中萃取钒的工艺过程,从萃取和反萃的 pH值、相比、有机相组成、澄清时间等方面进行了详细试验。研究表明:用三正辛胺萃取 钒 时,其萃取率可达98%以上;而且易反萃,用0.5 M Na2CO3反萃时,反萃率为99.9%。经 萃取后,浸出液中的钒可由每升几克富集到每升数十克以上,有利于后续的提钒工艺。

연구료삼정신알종석매산침액중췌취범적공예과정,종췌취화반췌적 pH치、상비、유궤상조성、징청시간등방면진행료상세시험。연구표명:용삼정신알췌취 범 시,기췌취솔가체98%이상;이차역반췌,용0.5 M Na2CO3반췌시,반췌솔위99.9%。경 췌취후,침출액중적범가유매승궤극부집도매승수십극이상,유리우후속적제범공예。
The technological process of extracting V2O5 from t he stone coal acid-leaching solution wi th TOA is reseached in this paper. Some parameters of extraction and anti -extraction, such as pH, organic phase to aguo-phase (O/A), the composition of org anic phase and the setting time, are optimized by a series of tests , and the results show that the best pH is between 2.0~3.0 under the condition. Not only the extraction rate can be up to 98%, but also the anti-extraction is easy. When 0.5 M Na2CO3 is taken as the anti-extraction solvent, the yield will e xceed 99.9 %. By way of extraction, the concentration of V2O5 can be raised from 2~6 g/ L to 50 g/L or more, and the major impurities are removed. These will be of advan tage to precipitation.
