从微观机理出发探讨金属热疲劳的宏观统计性质。利用疲劳断裂非平衡统计理论,由Raj和Baik的混合模型,从微观机理与宏观特性相结合的角度对热疲劳进行分析研究。得到迁移长大速率、涨落长大系数、热疲劳微裂纹的统计分布和统计平均值、热疲劳断裂概率及可靠性等,同时对结果进行了讨论。结果表明热疲劳微裂纹分布函数、断裂概率、可靠性等与温度的关系。
從微觀機理齣髮探討金屬熱疲勞的宏觀統計性質。利用疲勞斷裂非平衡統計理論,由Raj和Baik的混閤模型,從微觀機理與宏觀特性相結閤的角度對熱疲勞進行分析研究。得到遷移長大速率、漲落長大繫數、熱疲勞微裂紋的統計分佈和統計平均值、熱疲勞斷裂概率及可靠性等,同時對結果進行瞭討論。結果錶明熱疲勞微裂紋分佈函數、斷裂概率、可靠性等與溫度的關繫。
종미관궤리출발탐토금속열피로적굉관통계성질。이용피로단렬비평형통계이론,유Raj화Baik적혼합모형,종미관궤리여굉관특성상결합적각도대열피로진행분석연구。득도천이장대속솔、창락장대계수、열피로미렬문적통계분포화통계평균치、열피로단렬개솔급가고성등,동시대결과진행료토론。결과표명열피로미렬문분포함수、단렬개솔、가고성등여온도적관계。
In order to study thermal fatigue, the microscopic mechanism is combined with the macroscopic characteristic based on the non-equilibrium statistical theory of fatigue fracture. From the mixed model of Raj and Baik's, the crack growth rate, the transportation growth rate and the fluctuation growth coefficient are derived. Subsequently, the probability density function of microcrack, the average length of microcrack are found from the stochastic microcrack propagation equation. By a further analysis, the probability of fatigue fracture and the reliability of metal in the field of cyclic stress are achieved. At last, some discussion about results are made.
