通过利用Pt(IV)-GICs和Pt(IV)乙炔黑层间化合物来制备应用于甲醇电氧化石墨和乙炔黑载铂催化剂。具体过程如下:在惰性气氛下,利用H2PtCl6与石墨和乙炔黑反应制备层间化合物,再将层间化合物分别进行热解和化学还原。结果表明,利用热解法制备的载体催化剂对甲醇电化学氧化具有很好的活性。

Anode catalysts for methanol oxidation were prepared bysubsequent reduction of Pt(IV) chloride-graphite intercalation compounds (GICs) and Pt(IV) chloride-acetylene black intercalation compounds. The intercalation compounds were obtained by the reaction of H2PtCl6 with graphite and acetylene black respectively under an inert atmosphere. Two methods were employed in preparation of carbon supported platinum catalysts from intercalation compounds: one was pyrolysis and another chemical method. The activity of catalytics from pyrolysis is higher than that from chemical reduction.
