复合土工膜是一种较为理想的土石坝防渗材料，用它进行防渗，效果良好，施工质量易于控制，程序简便，投资省。以晋宁县红口箐水库为例，介绍了复合土工膜在土坝防渗中的设计、施工实践。为类似工程的设计与施工提供参考。

The geomemorance is a kind material of the good anti-seepage on the embankment dam. It was used for the seepage prevention. This is easeful, simple and spare with construction control. As an practical example, Hongkouqing reservoir, this paper introduces a design and construction method that the geomeorance used for the seepage prevention on the embankment dam. The results are very good. The method can server for the seepage prevention in the same purposes.
