研究C8芳烃在无粘结剂疏水硅沸石吸附剂S-Ⅰ上液相吸附的相平衡。对二甲苯对乙苯与邻二甲苯的选择吸附分离系数分别为7.95和104。筛选出六种与吸附剂相匹配的脱附剂:苯、甲苯、丁苯、一氯苯、对二乙苯、对二氯苯。C8芳烃与脱附剂单组份液相吸附等温线均呈典型的Langmuir吸附,由此测得了它们的饱和吸附量。对多组份溶液的竞争吸附行为进行了较为详细的考察。

The static equilibrium of C8 aromatics in liquid phase was studied on a binder-free hydrophobic zeolite adsorbent with perfect framework and high hydrophobicity.The selectivity factor for p-xylene/ethylbenzene and for p-xylene/o-xylene determined is 7.95 and 104 respectively.A series of desorbents matched with the adsorbent such as benzene,toluene,butylbenzene,monochlorobenzene,p-diethylbenzene and p-dichlorobenzene were investigated as well.The isotherms for each isomer of C8 aromatics and the desorbents possess the adsorption characteristics of Langmuir type.The saturation adsorption capacities of the adsorbates were determined and isotherms of multi-component feed were investigated.The high selective adsorption for p-xylene and practically no adsorption of m-xylene displayed by S-Ⅰ adsorbent is related to the structural characteristics of the absorbent.
