通过不同穗型强势粒与弱势粒米质差异比较，研究了稻米品质生理。结果表明，强势粒较弱势粒有较大的精米长度、精米宽度、垩白粒率、AC、GC，和较小的长/宽、垩白面积、GT，直立穗型品种强势粒与弱势粒米质差异较大。
통과불동수형강세립여약세립미질차이비교，연구료도미품질생리。결과표명，강세립교약세립유교대적정미장도、정미관도、성백립솔、AC、GC，화교소적장/관、성백면적、GT，직립수형품충강세립여약세립미질차이교대。
The grain quality physiology was studied by comparing the difference of grain qualities between vigorous and weak grains of different panicle types. The results showed that comparing with weak grains,vigorous grains had greater length and width of polished rice,higher percentage of chalkiness,higher content of amylose,high GC as well as lower GT,smaller ratio of length to width and the size of chalkiness. There is a greater difference of quality between vigorous and weak grains in erect panicle varieties.
