推导了高次多项式非 对称凸轮型线的解析式,编制了凸轮型线设计程序,并以某一车用柴油机顶置凸轮轴为例 进行了非对称凸轮型线设计。计算结果表明:采用非对称凸轮型线不仅可以保持较高的丰满 系数,而且可以使凸轮下降段升程曲线变化更平缓,同时降低气门的落座速度和落座加速度 。气门下降段的速度最大值和加速度最大值明显降低。
推導瞭高次多項式非 對稱凸輪型線的解析式,編製瞭凸輪型線設計程序,併以某一車用柴油機頂置凸輪軸為例 進行瞭非對稱凸輪型線設計。計算結果錶明:採用非對稱凸輪型線不僅可以保持較高的豐滿 繫數,而且可以使凸輪下降段升程麯線變化更平緩,同時降低氣門的落座速度和落座加速度 。氣門下降段的速度最大值和加速度最大值明顯降低。

In this paper,the analytical functions of unsymmetrical cam profile with hig h-order polynomial have been conducted,a program of cam profile design has been compiled and taking a vehicular diesel engine with overhead cam as an example,a n unsymmetrical cam profile design has been conducted.The calculation example sh ows that unsymmetrical cam profile can not only maintain a rather high ample fac tor,but also make the declining part of lift curve change evenly,make the seatin g velocity and acceleration of the valve lower,and make the maximum velocity and maximum acceleration of valve reduce obviously at the declining part.
