目的：研究大肠癌患者外周血中CK 20 mRNA作为大肠癌细胞微转移的标志。方法：巢式逆转录多聚酶反应（RT-PCR）法。结果：CK 20 mRNA巢式RT-PCR最低可检测到每5ml血液中仅存5个结肠癌细胞的存在；大肠癌组32例 , 外周血中CK 20 mRNA阳性率56.26%（18/32）；对照组中CK 20 mRNA均为阴性。结论：CK 20 mRNA巢式RT-PCR可作为大肠癌细胞微转移的敏感而特异的检测方法。
목적：연구대장암환자외주혈중CK 20 mRNA작위대장암세포미전이적표지 。방법：소식역전록다취매반응（RT-PCR）법。결과：CK 20 mRNA소식RT-PCR최저가검측도매5ml혈액중부존5개결장암세포적존재；대장암조32례 , 외주혈중CK 20 mRNA양성솔56.26%（18/32）；대조조중CK 20 mRNA균위음성。결 론：CK 20 mRNA소식RT-PCR가작위대장암세포미전이적민감이특이적검측방법。
Objective:To indicate whether the expression of CK20mRNA in periphe r al blood can be a helpful marker of micrometastases of colorectal carcinomas. Method:Nested reverse transcriptase-ploymerase chain reaction. R esults:The detection of CK20mRNA in peripheral blood by nested reverse transcriptase-ploymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was sensitive enough to detect colorectal carcinoma cells, the limit of identification was 5 carcinoma cells in every 5 millilitres. The expression of CK20mRNA in peripheral blood of 10 cas es of contral group were all negative . The positive rate of CK20mRNA in periph eral blood of total 32 patients with colorectal carcinomas was 56.26%（18/32）. Conclusion:Nested reverse transcriptase-ploymerase chain reaction w as a sensitive and specific methold to indicate the expression of CK20mRNA in peripheral blood as a helpful maker of micrometastases of colorectal carcinoma cells.
