目的：探讨对严重缓慢心律失常紧急心脏起搏救治的新方法。方法： 40例病人均采用非X线条件下，经右股静脉插入电生理标测电极导管，以体表心电图为指导，于床边行紧急起搏。结果：电极到位率97.5%，心脏有效起搏率97.5%，除3例病人死于非起博因素外，其他均安全度过危险期。结论：此法简便有效、并发症少，为救治严重缓慢心律失常的可靠方法，尤其适合不能搬动而又需紧急心脏起搏的病人。
목적： 탐토대엄중완만심률실상긴급심장기박구치적신방법。방법： 40례병인균채용비X선조건하，경우고정맥삽입전생리표측전겁도관，이체표심전도위지도，우상변행긴급기박。결과： 전겁도위솔97.5%，심장유효기박솔97.5%，제3례병인사우비기박인소외，기타균안전도과위험기。결론： 차법간편유효、병발증소，위구치엄중완만심률실상적가고방법，우기괄합불능반동이우수긴급심장기박적병인。
Objective： To study a new method to treat severe bradyarrhythmia by emergency cardiac pacing.Methods：cases, All pacemaker electrodes were inserted through right femoral vein without x-ray, All hearts were urgently paced on bedside,The operation guided by body electrocardiogram.Results： The rate of electrode arriving was 97.5%, The rate of effctive pacing heart was 97.5%, All patients safely lived through danger period except 3 patient who died of non-pacing factors.Conclusion： The method has simple operating, rapid and stable effect, few complications, And it is depenbale way to cure severe bradycardia, suit the patients who need urgent pacemker and mustn't be moved.
