对生产中常见的低碳铝镇静钢冷轧板孔洞缺陷特征进行了宏观和微观分析。结果表明:孔洞大致可分为三大类,正常拉裂类孔洞主要与基板中的夹杂有关;疤块孔洞与坑状孔洞为钢基掉块或异物压入基板形成,其它类孔洞形成主要与轧制工艺过程相关。
對生產中常見的低碳鋁鎮靜鋼冷軋闆孔洞缺陷特徵進行瞭宏觀和微觀分析。結果錶明:孔洞大緻可分為三大類,正常拉裂類孔洞主要與基闆中的夾雜有關;疤塊孔洞與坑狀孔洞為鋼基掉塊或異物壓入基闆形成,其它類孔洞形成主要與軋製工藝過程相關。

The macroexamination and micro-examination of the characteristics of the common cavity defect in cold rolled sheet of low carbon Al-killed steel were carried out. The results obtained show the cavity defects are divided into three types. The cavity formed due to normal tensile crack is related to the inclusion in the basis sheet. while the spalls from the basis material or the foreign matter are forced into the basis sheet,the scar and pit type cavities are formed.The rest is related to rolling process.
