介绍了近场光学显微镜(SNOM),原子力显微镜(AFM),扫描隧道显微镜(STM)和光镊(OPTICALTWEEZERS)等相关技术的原理.这些技术突破了传统显微镜的衍射极限对分辨率的限制,可以对单个分子进行探测和操纵,因此在物理、化学、生物、医学、材料学以及微电子学等方面都有广泛的应用前景.
介紹瞭近場光學顯微鏡(SNOM),原子力顯微鏡(AFM),掃描隧道顯微鏡(STM)和光鑷(OPTICALTWEEZERS)等相關技術的原理.這些技術突破瞭傳統顯微鏡的衍射極限對分辨率的限製,可以對單箇分子進行探測和操縱,因此在物理、化學、生物、醫學、材料學以及微電子學等方麵都有廣汎的應用前景.

The principle of Near-Field Scanning Optical Microscope (SNOM),Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), Scanning Tunneling Microscope (STM) and Optical Tweezers were introduced in this paper. These new technologies break through limitations to the common microscopes and can detect and manipulate single molecule. They will be widely used in physics, chemistry, technology, medicine, material science and microelectronics etc.
