从厚果鸡血藤(MillettiapachycarpaBenth)根中分离得到3个呋喃黄酮类化合物,经NMR谱等分析研究,确定了它们的结构为:4H-呋喃并[2,3-h][1]苯并吡喃-4-酮,3-甲氧基-2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)(Ⅰ)、4H-呋喃并[2,3-h][1]苯并吡喃-4-酮,3-甲氧基-2(3-甲氧基苯基)(Ⅱ)、10,11-二甲氧基-[2]苯并吡喃[4,3-b]-呋喃并[2,3-h][1]苯并吡喃-6(8H)-酮(Ⅲ),皆未见文献报道,分别命名为厚果鸡血藤丙素(pachycarinC)、厚果鸡血藤丁素(pachycarinD)和厚果鸡血藤戊素(pachycarinE)。
從厚果鷄血籐(MillettiapachycarpaBenth)根中分離得到3箇呋喃黃酮類化閤物,經NMR譜等分析研究,確定瞭它們的結構為:4H-呋喃併[2,3-h][1]苯併吡喃-4-酮,3-甲氧基-2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)(Ⅰ)、4H-呋喃併[2,3-h][1]苯併吡喃-4-酮,3-甲氧基-2(3-甲氧基苯基)(Ⅱ)、10,11-二甲氧基-[2]苯併吡喃[4,3-b]-呋喃併[2,3-h][1]苯併吡喃-6(8H)-酮(Ⅲ),皆未見文獻報道,分彆命名為厚果鷄血籐丙素(pachycarinC)、厚果鷄血籐丁素(pachycarinD)和厚果鷄血籐戊素(pachycarinE)。

Three new furanoflavones were isolated from the root of Millettiapachycarpa Benth. On the basis of chemical evidence and NMR spectral data, they were indentified as 4H-furo[2,3 -h][1]benzopyran-4-one, 3-methoxy-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)(Ⅰ ), 4H-furo[2,3-h][1]benzopyran-4-one,3-methoxy-2-(3-methoxyphenyl)(Ⅱ ), 10,11-dimethoxy-[2]benzopyrano[4,3-b]-furo[2,3-h][1]benzopyran-6(8H)-one(Ⅲ). All of them were isolated from this plant for the first time and tentatively named as pachycarin C, pachycarin D and pachycarin E.
