目的:介绍我院影像医学存档与通讯系统(PACS)应用的经验。材料和方法:将所有B超、CT、X线机和一台IBM服务器、四台奔腾Ⅱ档次的工作站及惠普光盘塔连接成医学数字影像传输(DICOM)网络;DICOM服务器与各种图像浏览终端连接成以太网络;通过HUB连接成PACS系统。结果:将常规放射图像的模拟信号通过数字转换器转换为数字信号后,与CT等数字成像系统的数字信号一并输入光盘塔,并进行诊断。将数字图像和诊断报告一起传输到医院各个图像浏览终端,使其可通过WEB界面系统及咨询平台进行查询。PACS投入使用2年来,效果良好。结论:PACS的应用明显提高了放射科及相关科室的工作效率,方便了工作、教学、科研和会诊。

목적:개소아원영상의학존당여통신계통(PACS)응용적경험。재료화방법:장소유B초、CT、X선궤화일태IBM복무기、사태분등Ⅱ당차적공작참급혜보광반탑련접성의학수자영상전수(DICOM)망락;DICOM복무기여각충도상류람종단련접성이태망락;통과HUB련접성PACS계통。결과:장상규방사도상적모의신호통과수자전환기전환위수자신호후,여CT등수자성상계통적수자신호일병수입광반탑,병진행진단。장수자도상화진단보고일기전수도의원각개도상류람종단,사기가통과WEB계면계통급자순평태진행사순。PACS투입사용2년래,효과량호。결론:PACS적응용명현제고료방사과급상관과실적공작효솔,방편료공작、교학、과연화회진。
Purpose: To introduce the experience of a department of a district hospital in utilization of PACS (picture archiving and communication system) . Materials and Methods: All equipments of the department of radiology (CT, ultrasonic units and film digitizer etc. ) connected to a DICOM network, which consisted of 4 Pentium Ⅱ workstations, 1 IBM server and 1 HP PCSERVER 300 optical disk tower. Various imaging explorer terminals and a DICOM server were connected as the Ethernet. PACS was made of the Ethernet and the DICOM network, which were connected through HUBs. Results: All analog signals from the conventional images, such as conventional radiography, are converted to the digital signals with the digitizer. The digital signals from the digitizer and the digital signals from the digital imaging systems, such as CT, and the diagnostic reports are archived in the optical disc tower. The digitized images and diagnostic reports the digitized images and diagnostic reports can be transmitted to all terminals in the hospital. The information in PACS also can be searched through WEB interface unit and inquiry platform. This PACS has been used for two years and all doctors and technicians in department of radiology use it very well. Conclusion: Due to the use of PACS the management and efficiency of department of radiology and related department have been remarkably improved. It is very convenient for research, education, consultation and clinical works.
