在一高1200 mm、直径为40 mm的流化床上,分别测定了不同流速下纯金溶液和含金工业废水中金与功能纤维的反应速率,并与静态试验结果进行了比较.结果表明,流态化条件下的反应速率比静态下的反应速率有明显提高,且随流速增大而增大,说明随着纤维/溶液相对流速的增大,湍流程度加大,纤维表面的浓度边界层减小,且在床中建立起了较一致的温度场.

The experiments for the recovery of Au by functional carbon fibers were carried out in a 40 mm diameter, 1 200 mm height fluidized bed. The reaction rates of the functional fibers with Au3+ in pure aurum solution and in industrial aurum-containing wastewater were measured respectively at different solution flow rates, and were compared with the results in static solution. The resnlts indicate that the reaction rates in fluidization are notably higher than those in the static state and increase with the increasing of solution flow rate. It demonstrates that the thickness of concentration boundary layer on the fiber surface is decreased and a uniform temperature field is established in the bed due to the increasing of turbulent extent with the relative fiber/solution velocity.
