为探讨中风患者行人工髋关节置换术后产生并发症的预防措施。对采用人工髋关节置换术治疗的15例患者术后1年内出现并发症的原因进行了分析，结果显示疗效满意或比较满意的14例中术后发生并发症者9例，其中中风复发1例，小腿深静脉血栓形成2例，异位骨化2例，髋痛3例，股骨干骨折1例。认为中风患者行髋关节置换手术并发症多，医患双方重视，积极应用中医药防治手段，加强康复锻炼是术后减少并发症的有效措施。
위탐토중풍환자행인공관관절치환술후산생병발증적예방조시。대채용인공관관절치환술치료적15례환자술후1년내출현병발증적원인진행료분석，결과현시료효만의혹비교만의적14례중술후발생병발증자9례，기중중풍복발1례，소퇴심정맥혈전형성2례，이위골화2례，관통3례，고골간골절1례。인위중풍환자행관관절치환수술병발증다，의환쌍방중시，적겁응용중의약방치수단，가강강복단련시술후감소병발증적유효조시。
In order to study the cause and prevention of complicationsfollowing hip joint displacement in apoplexy patients,15 cases of the disease were treated to advance the measures for prevention.The results showed that 14 cases obtained satisfactory effects in a year.Complications occurred in 9 case,in which apoplexy recurred in 1 case,thrombosis of deep vein in legs in 2 cases,heterotopic ossification in 2 cases,coxalgia in 3 cases,fracture of femoral shafts in 1 case.Suggesting that there are many chances of complications after hip joint displacements, doctors and patients should pay attention to them and actively take effective TCM measures,and do rehabilitation exercises to decrease the cccurrence of complications.
