为改良花1A所配杂种的感光特性,选用配合力好、异交率高、所配杂种不感光的优良细胞质雄性不育不育系龙特浦A的保持系龙特浦B为亲本,与花1B(优质、不育系所配杂种多感光)杂交,对其杂种F_1代幼穗进行花药培养,在其H_2代中选单株与T78A测交,此后,运用系谱选择法和连续回交法育成新的三系不育系花2A.该不育系不育性稳定、异交率高、米质优、所配杂种不感光,于2008年7月通过福建省科学技术厅组织的成果鉴定.用其配制的杂交组合花2优86等产量高、米质优、生育期适宜,显示出较好的应用前景.

To overcome the disadvantage of photoperiod sensitivity of F_1 hybrids derived from Hua 1A, Longtepu B, the maintainer line of an elite CMS line Longtepu A with good combining ability, high outcrossing rate and photoperiod insensitivity in its F_1 hybrids, was chosen to cross with Hua 1 B (fine grain quality, but most of the F_1 hybrids derived from its CMS line are photoperiod sensitive). The young panicles of F_1 plants were cultivated through anther culture. In the H_2 generation, single plants with desired traits were selected to make hybridization with T78A. After that, the pedigree selection and successive backcrossing methods were used in the breeding program and the new CMS line Hua 2 A was developed. Hua 2 A shows stable male sterility, high outcrossing rate, good grain quality and no photoperiod sensitivity in its F_1 hybrids. It was technically identified by the Science and Technology Department of Fujian Province in July, 2008. Its hybrids such as Hua 2 You 86 (Hua 2 A/Minghui 86) show high yielding ability, good grain quality and suitable maturity, indicating a good prospect in commercial production.
