以甲醇为溶剂,L-酒石酸托特罗定的最大吸收在283nm处,建立了紫外分光光度法测定L-酒石酸托特罗定含量的方法,酒石酸托特罗定的浓度在2.208×10~(-5)-4.289×10~(-4)mol/L范围内,吸光度和浓度呈良好的线性关系,该法的加标回收率为97.7%.方法操作简单,重现性好,准确度高,用于进口L-酒石酸托特罗定片剂的含量测定,结果满意.

A new method for the determination of the content of tolterodine-L-tartrate was developed by UV spectrophotometry with methanol as solvent at 283nm.The absorbance is proportional to the concentration in the range of 2.208×10~(-5)-4.289×10~(-4)mol/L,and the recovery in real sample was 97.7%.This method is well reproducible,accurate,simple and reliable.It is applicable to determine the content of the tablet of tolterodine-L-tartrate with satisfactory results.
