目的 研究土壤与四大南药不同部位汞含量及关系.方法 利用氢化物原子荧光法测定四大南药各部位(根、茎、叶、花、果)与土壤中的汞含量,初步探讨土壤-南药间汞含量的关系.结果 土壤、四大南药不同部位的汞含量各异,且汞含量指标都达到国家<药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准(WM2-2001)>.结论 海南生态环境良好,适宜四大南药的大规模种植.

Objective To study the content of mercury in soil and four south medicines.Methods Hydride atom fluorescence method was adopted to determine the content of mercury,various spots of four south medicine (roots,stems,leaves,flowers,fruits) and soil and the relationship of mercury content between soil - south medicine was investigated.Results The content of mercury in soil,four big south medicine was different,and the mercury content conformed to the national medicinal plant and the preparation import and export green professional standard (WM2-2001).Conclusion Hainan ecological environment is good,and is suitable for four south medicine large-scale plant.
