介绍了赤峰云铜有色金属有限公司350 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸装置工艺流程和转化工序技术改造情况改造后制酸装置采用部分烟气预转化吸收与现有二转二吸装置串联运行的方式,主转化吸收系统采用原有ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ"3+1"二转二吸工艺,预转化吸收系统采用4段床层转化器一转一吸工艺。改造后装置各项运行指标均达到设计值,冶炼系统熔矿量由改造前的52 t/h提高到60.5 t/h,硫酸产量由1100t/d提高到1204t/d,蒸汽广量由21 t/h提高到31t/h,制酸电耗由103.24 kWh/t降低到97.18 kWh/t,SO_2主风机出口烟气最高φ(SO_2)由9.53%提高到12.44%,总转化率由99.7%提高到99.8%。

Process and revamping of conversion section in Chifeng Yuntong Nonferrous Metal Co.'s 350 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on copper smelter off-gas are described.After revamping,the plant included two parts in series,a new pre-conversion and absorption system using single absorption process with a four-bed converter and an existing main conversion and absorption system usingⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ"3 +1 "double absorption process.The every operation index of plant reached or was superior to design value.Ore amount added into smelter was increased from 52 t/h to 60.5 t/h,sulphuric acid production from 1 100 t/d to 1 204 t/d,steam production from 21 t/h to 31 t/h and power consumption was decreased from 103.24 kWh/t to 97.18 kWh/t.The highest SO_2 concentration of gas from main SO_2 blower was increased from 9.53%to 12.44%and total conversion efficiency was increased from 99.7%to 99.8%.
