把直徑為0.035mm、0.040mm和0.050mm3種規格的不鏽鋼微絲與棉紗複閤製得閤股紗,在緯嚮上分彆間隔加入,製得含不鏽鋼微絲織物。經過測試,含不鏽鋼微絲織物有良好的抗靜電和防輻射性能,具有很好的應用前景。
파직경위0.035mm、0.040mm화0.050mm3충규격적불수강미사여면사복합제득합고사,재위향상분별간격가입,제득함불수강미사직물。경과측시,함불수강미사직물유량호적항정전화방복사성능,구유흔호적응용전경。
Three specifications of stainless steel microfilaments (diameter: 0. 035mm, 0. 040mm and 0. 050mm ) and cotton yarn were twisted into composite yarns. The functional fabrics were woven by cotton yarn as warp, both cotton and the composite yarn as weft. The fabric performances were tested after weaving and some treatments, especially the anti-static and anti-radiation properties. The results showed that these fabrics had a good anti-radiation ability. So these functional fabrics have good application prospects in protective clothing and technical textiles.
