采集临床病死仔猪脏器组织,用分子生物学和细菌学方法进行确定性诊断。结果:在病死仔猪肺脏与淋巴结中均检测到猪圆环病毒核酸,并分离到4株埃希氏大肠杆菌;药敏试验表明:分离细菌对头孢噻呋钠敏感,对其他抗生素均表现耐药性。诊断结果为贵州省规模场防制猪圆环病毒感染提供了一定的技术支持。
採集臨床病死仔豬髒器組織,用分子生物學和細菌學方法進行確定性診斷。結果:在病死仔豬肺髒與淋巴結中均檢測到豬圓環病毒覈痠,併分離到4株埃希氏大腸桿菌;藥敏試驗錶明:分離細菌對頭孢噻呋鈉敏感,對其他抗生素均錶現耐藥性。診斷結果為貴州省規模場防製豬圓環病毒感染提供瞭一定的技術支持。
채집림상병사자저장기조직,용분자생물학화세균학방법진행학정성진단。결과:재병사자저폐장여림파결중균검측도저원배병독핵산,병분리도4주애희씨대장간균;약민시험표명:분리세균대두포새부납민감,대기타항생소균표현내약성。진단결과위귀주성규모장방제저원배병독감염제공료일정적기술지지。
Collecting organ and tissue of piglet died and diagnosing case by molecular biological and bacteriological method.The results showed that there were nucleic acid of porcine circlevirus in lung and lymph node of piglet.4 E.coli were not only isolated,which but also showed resistance against much antibiotic except Ceftiofur sodium.The result of diagnosis would provide technical support to prevent porcine in Guizhou from porcine circlevirus.
