目的探讨应用鼻内窥镜在改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术后换药和改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术后常规换药治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效.方法 93例慢性泪囊炎患者随机分为实验组行改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合术后鼻内窥镜下吻合腔换药47例；对照组行改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术后常规换药46例.术后均随访3～12个月.结果实验组47例治愈46例,好转1例,治愈率97.9％,对照组46例,治愈39例,好转5例,无效2例,治愈率84.8％.结论鼻内窥镜在改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术后应用安全、并发症少、效果良好,能提高手术成功率.
목적 탐토응용비내규경재개량루낭비강문합술후환약화개량루낭비강문합술후상규환약치료만성루낭염적료효.방법 93례만성루낭염환자수궤분위실험조행개량루낭비강문합술연합술후비내규경하문합강환약47례；대조조행개량루낭비강문합술후상규환약46례.술후균수방3～12개월.결과 실험조47례치유46례,호전1례,치유솔97.9％,대조조46례,치유39례,호전5례,무효2례,치유솔84.8％.결론 비내규경재개량루낭비강문합술후응용안전、병발증소、효과량호,능제고수술성공솔.
Objective To explore the efficacy of nasal endoscopy in change of medications for chronic dacryocystitis after modified dacryocystorhinostomy.Methods 93 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were randomly assigned to receive modified dacryocystorhinostomy plus either nasal endoscopy for change of medications ( 47 patients,study group ),or conventional change of medications ( 46 patients,control group ).All the patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months postoperatively.Results In the experimental group,46 of the 47 patients were cured and the remaining one was improved,with a cure rate of 97.9％,while in the control group,39 of the 46 patients were cured,5 were improved,and 2 failed,with a cure rate of 84.8％.Conclusions Application of nasal endoscopy after modified dacryocystorhinostomy is safe and efficious and has fewer complications.It can improve the success rate of the procedure.
