以大型国际合作物理实验阿尔法磁谱仪的制造为背景,研究了航天器热控制系统(Thermail Control System,TCS)的结构分析方法.应用大型有限元分析软件NASATRAN分析了热控制系统关键部件的应力,根据NASA提供的校验准则,对热控制系统进行了强度校核和失稳校核,计算得到了相应的安全裕度值.计算结果表明,该结构是安全的.文中所述的结构分析方法能为其他大型航天器的分析提供有益的借鉴.

Taking the manufacture of alpha magnetic spectrom-eter for a large scaled international cooperation physical experiment as a background, the structural analysis method of thermal control system (TCS) of a spacecraft was studied. Utilizing the large finite element analytical software NASATRAN the stresses of key compo-nents of thermal control system were analyzed. According to the checkout criterion provided by NASA the strength checking and in-stability checking were carried out on the thermal control system, and corresponding safety allowance value was obtained through cal-culation. The result of computation showed that this structure was safe. The structural analysis method stated in this paper provided helpful references for the analysis of other large spacecrafts.
