以VC++为编程语言,应用UG/OPEN API二次开发工具,通过对叶片实体模型分析、磨削轨迹生成、刀位点计算、磨削干涉校验和修正及后置处理等关键技术的研究,最终开发完成一套五轴联动汽轮机叶片数控砂带磨床自动编程原型系统.
以VC++為編程語言,應用UG/OPEN API二次開髮工具,通過對葉片實體模型分析、磨削軌跡生成、刀位點計算、磨削榦涉校驗和脩正及後置處理等關鍵技術的研究,最終開髮完成一套五軸聯動汽輪機葉片數控砂帶磨床自動編程原型繫統.
이VC++위편정어언,응용UG/OPEN API이차개발공구,통과대협편실체모형분석、마삭궤적생성、도위점계산、마삭간섭교험화수정급후치처리등관건기술적연구,최종개발완성일투오축련동기륜궤협편수공사대마상자동편정원형계통.
Based on VC+ + and with the help of UG/OPEN API second developing machine,through the analysis of belt model,the formation of cutter location-path,the calculation of cutter location-data,the check and adjustment of grinding interference and the investigation of past processor.A set of five axis linkage CNC steam turbine blade belt grinding machine automatic programming system prototype is completed.
