自带冠叶片冠间接触碰撞减振结构具有减振、方便安装与检修、制造精度要求低等优点,已广泛用于汽轮机设计制造并在多台汽轮机上安全运行多年,但目前对这种结构的减振机理和减振效果的研究却很不全面.结合国内外碰撞振动理论的研究成果,从自带冠叶片的碰撞振动特性、动力学模型、数值方法和实验研究等方面来介绍该领域的研究现状,着重阐述对该领域相关发展方向的一些看法,最后展望该领域以后需深入研究的几个关键问题.
自帶冠葉片冠間接觸踫撞減振結構具有減振、方便安裝與檢脩、製造精度要求低等優點,已廣汎用于汽輪機設計製造併在多檯汽輪機上安全運行多年,但目前對這種結構的減振機理和減振效果的研究卻很不全麵.結閤國內外踫撞振動理論的研究成果,從自帶冠葉片的踫撞振動特性、動力學模型、數值方法和實驗研究等方麵來介紹該領域的研究現狀,著重闡述對該領域相關髮展方嚮的一些看法,最後展望該領域以後需深入研究的幾箇關鍵問題.

Integral shroud blades with a contact-impact damping structure in tips have advantages of vibration re-duction, convenient installation and low precision for manufacturing. They were successfully applied in stream turbines for safe operation many years ago. But, the study on the damping mechanism and damping effect of such a structure was rath-er limited. Combined with study developments of vibro-impact theory, the research situation of integral shroud blades was summarized from the aspects, such as, characteristics of vibro-impact, dynamic model, numerical method and experimen-tal studies. Several key problems for future study were also presented.
