提出并展示了一种集成于一根光纤中的1×2 光纤耦合器.通过在单芯光纤和双芯光纤焊点处进行熔融拉锥的方法,实现了这种新颖的耦合技术.采用光束传输法,计算仿真了其功率耦合与传输过程.对于双芯光纤分布不对称以及双芯光纤芯子折射率具有轻微差异的情况,给出了分析与讨论.

A novel in-fiber integrated 1×2 coupler has been proposed and demonstrated. By way of splicing and tapering at the fusion point of one-core single mode fiber and the two-core single mode fiber, an effective coupling technique is implemented. The coupling processing is simulated by the beam propagation method. The effects of the two-core fiber non-symmetry and the refractive index of each core of the two-core fiber slightly deferent is also investigated and discussed.
