目的了解老年性骨质疏松患者心身状态及其影响因素,并探讨其相应护理对策.方法调查我院2008年10月-2011年5月收治的老年性骨质疏松患者的心理状态,并与我国国内常模进行比较,结果进行统计学分析.结果经过SCL-90的调查,有效共117份,有效率达88.64％.117例患者9个因子分值得分均较高,与国内常模比较,差异明显,P＜ 0.01.结论加强心理护理,重视疾病知识宣教和行为疗法,可以充分地调动患者的主观积极性,并发挥家庭的效用,有效消除患者的负性情绪,提高其生活质量.

Objective To explore physical and psychological status and its influencing factors in patients with senile osteoporosis in elderly patients with physical and mental state and its influencing factors, and to explore corresponding nursing strategies.Methods The psychological status was surveyed in the patients who had been hospitalized during the period of October 2008 to May 2011.The results were compared with the domestic norms and then analyzed statistically.Results After survey with the SCL-90,a total of 117 questionnaires were valid,with an effective rate of 88.64％.As compared with the domestic norms,the values of 9 factors were higher in 117 patients,revealing a significant difference ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Psychological nursing,health education,and behavior therapy can fully mobilize patients' activity,effectively eliminate negative emotions,and improve quality of life.
