A Balance Mechanism in Jukebox was analyzed, themathematical model of optimal design was discussed, and parameteroptimization of mechanism was resolved by numerical integrate and simplexalgorithm in this paper. A general method to resolve this kind ofproblem was put forward in the end of this paper.
