研究航天搭载、~(60)Co-γ射线及其复合处理光温敏核不育水稻干种子M_1代的发芽率、幼苗生长、植株生长发育及其农艺性状变化.结果表明,对M_1代的生物学效应(抑制或刺激),因不同性状和不同的处理方式而不同;两种光温敏核不育水稻在当代对三种不同诱变处理的辐射敏感性表现一致,而两种光温敏核不育水稻各自对三种不同诱变处理的敏感性不一致.
研究航天搭載、~(60)Co-γ射線及其複閤處理光溫敏覈不育水稻榦種子M_1代的髮芽率、幼苗生長、植株生長髮育及其農藝性狀變化.結果錶明,對M_1代的生物學效應(抑製或刺激),因不同性狀和不同的處理方式而不同;兩種光溫敏覈不育水稻在噹代對三種不同誘變處理的輻射敏感性錶現一緻,而兩種光溫敏覈不育水稻各自對三種不同誘變處理的敏感性不一緻.

The seeds of two photoperiod thermo sensitive genic male sterile rice were treated by space mutation, ~(60)Co-γ ray and combined.The growth and development of the first generation plants, germination rate, the seedling growth and plant agronomic trait diversity were studied. The results showed that the different treatment had different biological effect (radiation damage or stimulated growth) in the first generation. Radiosensitivities of two photoperiod thermo sensitive genic male sterile rice Zhu 1S and Lu 18S was identical by different mutation process in the first generation, but three mutation treatments had different effect for each variety.
