在常温常压下,利用γ射线辐照CuCl_2、Na_2S_2O_3和SDS水溶液,制备出CuS亚微米空心球结构.利用XRD、FESEM、TEM对其进行了表征.分析结果表明,CuS空心球结构外径约为600 nm,内径约为400 nm,壁厚约100 nm.初步研究了辐照吸收剂量率及表面活性剂对产物形貌的影响,并探讨了CuS空心球结构可能的形成机制.

Copper sulfide(CuS)submicrometer hollow structures have been synthesized by γ-irradiating in an aqueous SDS-Na_2S_2O_3 solution containing CuCl_2 at room temperature and under ambient pressure.The obtained CuS hollow structures were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscow(TEM).The results indicate that the external diameter and inside diameter of the CuS hollow spheres are about 600 nm and 400 nln 20s.respectively.The shell thickness ofthe spheres is about 100 nm.It has been investigated that the radiation dose rate and surfactant can effect on the morphology of Cus and the possible formation mechanism of CuS hollow structure has also been discussed.
