以某微型车变速器为研究对象,在变速器结构已确定、传动比最佳的条件下,以可靠性为主要约束,以齿轮系总体积最小、中心距最小和总重合度最大为目标建立变速器齿轮系多目标优化的数学模型.采用第二代非支配排序遗传算法对变速器齿轮系进行多目标优化并得到其Pareto最优解集.实例计算表明,该数学模型和优化程序是正确、有效.

Taking a minibus transmission as the object of study, under the conditions of defined transmis-sion structure and optimized gear ratios, a mathematical model for multi-objective optimization of transmission gear set is established with reliability as main constraint and the minimum total volume of gear set, minimum center dis-tance and maximum total contact ratio as. Objectives. A multi-objective optimization on transmission gear set is per-formed with non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ (NSGA-Ⅱ) and its Pareto optimal solution set is obtained. The results indicate that the model and the optimization program are correct and effective.
