目的 为乍得药物不良反应监测体系的构建做初步的探究.方法 主要通过描述性研究手段,分析乍得药品使用现状,并以国际药物警戒系统为参考,找出自身小足,明确本次研究重点.结果 目前乍得药物不良反应监测体系尚不完善.结论 应设置药物不良反应监测的管理机构和专业技术机构,通过立法来确保药物不良反应监测体系和不良反应救助制度的有效运作,搞好宣传工作,积极培养相关专业人才.

Objective To explore the way of establishing the adverse drug reaction (ADR) monitoring system in Chad. Methods To analyze the present situation of drug use in Chad by descriptive research approach by referring to the international pharmacovigilance system, to find out the deficiency and to define the key task of this research. Results There is not an ideal monitoring system for adverse drug reactions in Chad. Conclusions Chad should set up the management or-ganization and professional technique institution of ADR monitoring. The effective functioning of ADR monitoring system and ADR Victims' Relief System should be supported by making laws. Meanwhile propaganda work and training of professionals should be promoted.
