    This paper briefly analyzed the present situation of clinical medicine specialty and its main problems in Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities, raised the idea of rebuilding clinical medicine major, proposed the plan of reforming teaching based on the college's orientation of talents education, and introduced the measures during the implementation.
