报告1例角膜炎-鱼鳞病-耳聋综合征.患者女,21岁,全身皮肤干燥、红斑、脱屑、折皱部位皮肤增厚21年,角膜病变18年,听力下降15年.体格检查:皮肤干燥,脱屑,毛发脱落,无汗,皮肤高度角化.角膜萎缩伴有新生血管,双耳高度感音性耳聋,听力下降,皮损组织病理检查示鱼鳞病样改变.根据典型的临床表现和组织病理改变诊断为角膜炎-鱼鳞病-耳聋综合征.治疗采用阿维A 30mg/d口服.
보고1례각막염-어린병-이롱종합정.환자녀,21세,전신피부간조、홍반、탈설、절추부위피부증후21년,각막병변18년,은력하강15년.체격검사:피부간조,탈설,모발탈락,무한,피부고도각화.각막위축반유신생혈관,쌍이고도감음성이롱,은력하강,피손조직병리검사시어린병양개변.근거전형적림상표현화조직병리개변진단위각막염-어린병-이롱종합정.치료채용아유A 30mg/d구복.
A 21-year-old girl presented with history of ichthyosis for 21 years, keratisis 18 years and deafness 15 years. Physical examination revealed general skin dryness, scale loss, trichomadesis, anhydrosis, hyper-keratosic skin lesions. Oph-thalmologic examination showed bilateral corneal dystrophy with neovascularization. Audiologic examination demonstrated profound bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. The skin biopsy found ichthyosiform pattern. The diagnosis of keratitis, ichthyosis and deafness syndrome was made. The patient was given etretinate 30 mg a day orally.
