利用热弹塑性有限元方法对5A06铝合金焊接接头的温度场和残余应力场进行模拟.有限元模型中选用三维实体单元,考虑材料物理性能随温度的变化和周边对流、辐射散热的影响.在模型中运用移动的三维双椭球体热源作为输入热源来模拟焊接过程,最终获得了焊接温度场和残余应力场.将有限元计算结果与残余应力的实测结果进行了对比,模拟结果与实测值有较好的一致性.
利用熱彈塑性有限元方法對5A06鋁閤金銲接接頭的溫度場和殘餘應力場進行模擬.有限元模型中選用三維實體單元,攷慮材料物理性能隨溫度的變化和週邊對流、輻射散熱的影響.在模型中運用移動的三維雙橢毬體熱源作為輸入熱源來模擬銲接過程,最終穫得瞭銲接溫度場和殘餘應力場.將有限元計算結果與殘餘應力的實測結果進行瞭對比,模擬結果與實測值有較好的一緻性.

Temperature and stress field of 5A06 aluminum welded ioint was simulated by using thermal-elastoplastic finite element method.The 3-D solid elements were used in FEM model,and the effect of temperature, and the heat convection and radiation of boundary on material properties were considered.The temperature field and residual stress field were obtained by using 3-D double-ellipsoidal heat source model to simulate welded process.The results of prediction and actual measured were compared and the results coincided with each other.
