本实验以芸薹属"禹氏三角关系"中的3个二倍体祖先亲本及3个异源四倍体共9个品种为材料,通过比较NaCl胁迫下各品种植株N、P、K、Na与Ca元素的含量,研究芸薹属多倍体和二倍体植物对营养元素的吸收以及耐盐性的差异.结果表明,随盐浓度的增加,芸薹属植株内全N含量和K含量明显下降,而植株体内的P含量和Na含量则明显上升.其中,芸薹属二倍体幼苗的K含量明显低于多倍体幼苗,而二倍体植株内Na含量则明显高于多倍体植株.说明芸薹属多倍体植物的耐盐性明显强于其祖先二倍体亲本.另外,在盐胁迫下,同一芸薹属多倍体物种下的不同品种间对N、P、K、Na吸收上存在差异.对品种和盐胁迫双因素作用效果进行比较分析.结果表明:盐胁迫效应占绝对优势,其次是品种效应,品种盐胁迫交互作用效应最小.

In this experiment,3 diploid ancestors and 3 amphidiploid totally 6 species in "U-triangle" of Brassica as material,through comparing the content of N,P,K,Na,Ca of every breed under Nacl stress,to research the difference of nutrients absorption and salt tolerance of dipolid and polyploidy of Brassica.The results indicated that the content of total nitrogen and potassium in plants of Brassica species reduced dramatically with the increase of NaCl concentration,however,the content of total phosphorus and natrium increased evidently.The content of potassium in diploid seedlings were far less than those of polyploidy plants.On the other hand,the content of total natrium in diploid plants was distinctly more than those of polyploidy plants,illustrated that polyploidy Brassica species enforced their adaptability and endurance to salt than the diploid ancestors.Furthermore,there was difference in the ability of absorbing the nutrient elements of N,P,K and Na among different varieties of the same amphidipolid Brassica speices.The results of comparative analysis in the effect of varieties and salt stress suggested that the effect of salt stress was absolutely dominant,and the next was varieties effect,and the last one was varieties-salt stress interaction.
