在工作实践的基础上,从供应链调度的角度,对紧急定制订单的形成机理、基本特征进行分析。在此基础上总结了对紧急定制订单的优化起主要制约作用的三大瓶颈问题,提出了有针对性的缓解方法,以紧急订单的及时满足和供应链生产成本最低为目标函数,寻求最优调度策略。最后,采用一个实际案例验证了本文优化思路和模型构建的合理性和可行性。

This article, based on the work practice, analyzed the formation mechanism of customized orders emergency and basic characteristics from the perspective of supply chain scheduling. On this basis, this paper summarized three major bottlenecks which restricted the optimization of custom orders emergency, and proposed targeted mitigation by finding the optimal scheduling policy that meets the minimum cost of production and supply chain as the objective function in emergency orders in a timely manner. Finally, it used a real case to verify this idea and model to optimize the rationality and feasibility of building.
